Otus, a leading K-12 assessment, data, and insights solution, is excited to share that it has earned two Tech & Learning Awards of Excellence: Best of 2024—one in the Primary Education category and one in the Secondary Education category. This dual recognition highlights Otus’ comprehensive approach to supporting educators and improving teaching and learning across the K–12 spectrum.
The Tech & Learning Awards of Excellence celebrate innovative edtech products that have made a meaningful impact over the past 12 months by enhancing classroom instruction, professional development, and the management of educational resources. A panel of industry experts selected the winners based on their ability to support effective teaching practices and help schools create more equitable learning environments. “The awards brought a huge number of high-quality entries,” said Tech & Learning Content Director Christine Weiser. “The winning products are those that truly go above and beyond to support effective learning environments.”
Judges selected Otus based on its growing metrics and the recent rollout of new, impactful features. Otus’ unified platform consolidates data, assessment, grading, and progress monitoring into one easy-to-use system, saving educators valuable time. In 2024 alone, Otus supported 287,865 students, helped educators administer over 11 million assessments, and measured learning standards nearly 46 million times. Recent updates—including the AI-powered question generator, a redesigned gradebook, and enhanced third-party data analytics—were highlighted by the judges as key reasons for the win.
Otus will be featured in upcoming Tech & Learning editorial coverage.
