Jefferson County Public Schools had a bold vision for student success. Through its Journey to Success framework, the district aimed to ensure students were prepared not only academically, but also as communicators, collaborators, innovators, and globally competent citizens.
The challenge was turning that vision into something that could be implemented consistently across 168 schools. District leaders needed a way to track growth over time, align competencies across buildings, store artifacts and evidence of learning, and make student progress more visible to educators and families.
